Membership Terms

  • Treatments cancellations require 24-hour notice via telephone – 303-220-1100. If service is not canceled at least 24 hours prior, the client will be charged $50 fee.

  • 6-month commitment required.

  • Memberships will continue on a month to month term after the initial 6-month term.

  • $499 cancellation charge if canceled before 6 month term is up.

  • Membership changes or cancellations require 30-day notice prior to the next month’s billing period. To cancel your membership, please contact us.
